Planet Concrete Coatings was founded in 1994 by owner, Michael A. Kouril, a painting contractor who has painted custom built homes throughout Colorado for the past 20 years. He was approached one day by his neighbor and was asked if he could paint his garage floor. The neighbor commented in saying, he was tired of the dust created by raw concrete, and the overall appearance and discoloration. After painting his floor with Epoxy paint, he liked it so much, he told every homeowner on the street. One by one, they all came to see this floor. From this point on, a revolution had started. Mike painted every garage floor on his street, including his own.

He discovered a need to bring color, beauty and protection to areas of the home that desperately needed some TLC. Since then Planet Concrete Coatings has been rewarded with many projects and satisfied clients throughout the entire state of Colorado.

His philosophy is simple but clear. "Provide the best quality products and customer service possible." This industry relies on companies to provide expert advice, professional workmanship and customer service and relations. This has been our primary focus since the very beginning.
